There’s a lot of stuff here. All we really need is your email address. So why would you offer up more?
Mainly because we’re trying to ensure that you don’t receive emails that you’re not interested in (you always have the opportunity to change this information or unsubscribe) but also because we’re curious. Maybe it’s useful to us, maybe not.
Members and non-members are part of the same list (easier to avoid duplications) so it’s also helpful to know your Sudnow status.

The Sudnow Method
Oh, almost forgot. We use a ‘double opt-in’ registration. That just means you won’t get added to our list until you acknowledge that you really want to via the email you’ll be sent.
So it’s really important that you enter your email correctly – otherwise you’ll never receive anything from us and might begin to think that we don’t care. We do.
