Sharing a recording I made recently. Voiced this one and arranged it years ago, but went back to it recently and relearned it. Please forgive the mistakes!

      Thanks for listening!

Very nice, Angelo – thanks for sharing! I like some of your chord substitutions. My ear wasn’t expecting them, but they work!

Very nice Angelo. I like the beginning and ending and the movement within the song. Thanks for sharing with us.

Thanks Angelo, it’s always fun to hear what other students are up to.

Out of curiosity, is the opening your own creation or did you transcribe something from a recording? People might be interested in how you went about it.

      David:

In the lead sheet that I have, there are slash chords in the section following the lyric:

“Someday, I wish upon a star
Wake up where the clouds are far behind me”

I used those and/or some of my own ideas to place those chords at the beginning, middle, and end of my playing of the song.

      Thanks for listening and commenting!
