I first started the Sudnow method in the early 90s and had many phone conversations with Suds. We had planned to meet in Richmond, VA, where I was living in the late 90s but it never came to pass. I was an early member of his website and remember David Haynes (Markham) on the site.
I’ve been in and out of practicing but always return to Sud’s method. I was happy to recently renew my membership and get back at it again and fondly remember Suds.
